Extra Point Club to Hold Kickoff Breakfast Aug. 31

Lincoln - Husker football fans are invited to the 2007 Extra Point Club Kickoff Breakfast on Friday, Aug. 31, at the Champions Club. Offensive Coordinator Shawn Watson and Defensive Coordinator Kevin Cosgrove will be the featured speakers during the event held across the street from Memorial Stadium at 10th Street and Stadium Drive. 

All Husker fans are invited to participate in the kickoff event. Doors will open at 6:45 a.m. and breakfast will be served at 7 a.m. The program will begin shortly after the start of breakfast. The cost of the event is $20 per person, and all current Extra Point, Beef, and Cattle Club members will receive a $5 discount off the breakfast meal if ordered by Aug. 27. Additional tickets may also be purchased at the discounted price. Reserved tables of eight are available for $125.

Tickets may also be held at the door upon request. Parking is available in the Stadium Drive Parking Garage on the day of the event.

For just $35 per year, the Extra Point Club offers a great way for fans to become a part of the excitement of Nebraska football. Members receive early notification of the annual Kickoff Breakfast and receive a discounted price on the breakfast. They also receive a free football schedule poster at the breakfast and can enter a drawing to win two free tickets to the Ball State football game in a raffle at the breakfast.
