Omaha - With the AVCA Showcase beginning Friday night, the head coaches of all four participating teams had a chance to work out at Qwest Center Omaha on Thursday and discuss this weekend's tournament.
Tickets for the AVCA Showcase are on sale at Ticketmaster.com or at Ticketmaster locations around Nebraska. Single-match tickets for both nights can be purchased beginning tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. at the Qwest Center Ticket Office, at Ticketmaster.com or at Ticketmaster locations.
The two-day tournament begins Friday night at 6 p.m. as fifth-ranked Utah takes on No. 21 Utah in the evening's first match. The top-ranked and defending national champion Huskers take the court at 8:30 p.m. against Tennessee. Both of Friday's matches will be shown nationally on College Sports Television (CSTV) and televised across Nebraska on Nebraska Educational Television (NET and NET-HD).
