Huskers Finale vs. CCU Washed Out

Lincoln ? Nebraska’s 1:05 p.m. game against No. 18 Coastal Carolina Sunday afternoon was rained out. Heavy rain and lightening in the Lincoln area Sunday afternoon forced the cancellation of the series finale after a 65-minute delay.

Sunday’s game will not be made up, although a game could be added to the regular-season schedule in the coming days. Fans that had tickets to today’s game can use those tickets for General Admission berm seats to any of next weekend’s games against Baylor at Hawks Field ? the final regular-season home series of the season.

The Huskers’ next scheduled game is against Baylor next Friday night at 6:35 p.m. That game can be heard across the state on the Husker Sports Network and on Huskers.com.
