University Closed By Winter Storm

Lincoln - The University of Nebraska-Lincoln is closed Thursday, March 1, because of a winter storm in the area, University officials announced at 5 a.m. All classes and non-athletic events are canceled and all offices and clinics are closed. Only those individuals required to report during weather closedowns should report to work.

Other scheduled athletic events or performances may not be affected by this announcement. Ticketholders are advised to check with the sponsoring unit of any public event. The University Health Center, University Libraries, and the Campus Recreation Center maintain their own hours; please call ahead.
