Husker Volleyball Match against USD will be Televised

Lincoln ?Volleyball fans throughout much of Nebraska will be able to watch Friday’s NCAA Regional semifinal against San Diego live, as Gray Television Group, Inc. has secured television rights to air Friday’s match on KOLN/KGIN’s digital channel “My TV” and WOWT’s digital Channel “620”. 

The video, a joint effort of KOLN-KGIN, and the University of Florida Athletic Association, will be
provided by a feed from the venue’s big screen production. KOLN/KGIN is also working with the Husker Sports Network to provide audio from the Stephen C. O’Connell Center.

In Lincoln, the match will air on My TV, which is located on Ch. 110 on Time Warner Cable’s Digital Tier, Ch. 17 on Charter Communication cable in the Grand Island area, and Ch. 25 on DirecTV in the Lincoln-Grand Island-Hastings television market. In Omaha, the telecast will air on WOWT-DT (620), which is located at Ch. 248 on Cox Cable. The combined station list reaches over 250,000 households in the state of Nebraska.

Qwest Center Tickets Sold Out
Qwest Center officials and the NCAA announced Thursday afternoon that the allotment of tickets put on sale today have been sold. The tickets were from the addition that was completed over the summer.
