Nebraska Men?s Basketball Team to Hold Open Tryout

<?xml:namespace prefix="st1" ns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags"?>Lincoln --- The Nebraska men’s basketball team will hold an open tryout for a spot on the 2006-07 squad this Thursday, Oct. 12. The tryout will be held at the DevaneyCenter and will begin at 8 p.m.

All athletes who want to try out must be a full-time student carrying at least 12 hours this semester at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Participants will have to bring the following to the tryout: 1) a current class schedule and 2) a doctor’s signature of approval on a completed tryout form or proof of a recent physical within the past year.
