Lincoln ? The Pinnacle Sports Network announced Friday that 15 regular-season Husker baseball games will be carried on SIRIUS Satellite Radio during the 2006 season.
SIRIUS Satellite Radio features an audience of over four million subscribers and also carries Husker football and men’s basketball games for its audience.
The games, produced by Pinnacle Sports Productions, will feature the broadcast team Jim Rose and Randy Lee and will include weekend contests against Kansas State, Missouri, Texas A&M, Texas, Texas Tech, Oklahoma State, Baylor and Oklahoma. The first Husker baseball broadcast on Sirius takes place on Saturday, April 1, against Kansas State.
The announcement adds to Pinnacle’s 20-station baseball network which includes 19 affiliates across the state of Nebraska, including KFAB 1110 AM in Omaha, KLIN 1400 AM in Lincoln and KRVN 880 AM in Lexington. The network also includes KSXT 1570 AM in Loveland, Colorado.
