**-- Tony Bilek retired the side on 10 pitches in the first inning. He has not allowed a first-inning run and opposing teams are now batting 1-for-31 (.032) in the first inning against him with zero walks.
**-- Jonathan Diaz’s triple in the third was the first three-base hit allowed by Tony Bilek this season in 271 batters faced.
**-- Chase Odenreider notched his 11th outfield assist in the second inning. By comparison, CU had only nine outfield assists in each of the past two seasons.
**-- Scott Reese made his 37th appearance of the year ? all in relief ? one shy of the MVC record held by Jim Newlin on Wichita State’s 1989 national championship team.
**-- Chris Gradoville and Tony Daniel hit back-to-back homers in the fourth inning. It marked the fourth time this year CU had homered in back-to-back at-bats.
**-- Tony Daniel’s homer extended his hitting streak to 10 games, a career-best.

NC State game notes:
**-- The Wolfpack fell to 33-1 this season when out-hitting its opponent, and fell to 36-7 when scoring at least six runs. NCSU finished the year with a 41-19 record.
**-- Catcher Jake Muyco recorded two RBIs against the Bluejays and had three in the last two contests. Muyco had not recorded an RBI in his previous 12 games entering play Saturday.
**-- Jonathan Diaz recorded a two-RBI triple in the third inning, his third triple of the year. He finished the season tied for the team lead in triples.
**-- Every starter had at least one hit, with four finishing with four hits. Matt Camp led the way with a season-high tying three hits to pace the Wolfpack. It was his third three-hit game of the year.
**-- Matt Devine tied his season high with a pair of doubles. NCSU finished with five extra-base hits in the game, including three straight to open the fifth inning.
**-- Aaron Bates finished the game going 2 for 4 with an RBI. Bates led the Wolfpack with seven hits in 14 at bats (.500) in the Lincoln Regional.
**-- Reliever Joey Devine ended the game going 1.1 innings without allowing a hit or run while striking out one. He finished the weekend with two appearances, going 4.2 innings of hitless relief with five strikeouts. He also picked up the win in NCSU's ninth-inning, come-from-behind victory over Illinois at Chicago on Saturday.
