Every player on the Nebraska roster saw game action in the win and the team played well for a spring opener, according to NU Head Coach John Walker.

NU is coming off a Sweet 16 appearance in the 2004 NCAA Tournament, the program's eighth trip to the Sweet 16 in the last nine seasons. The Huskers return nine starters from the 2004 team and will be bolstered by the addition of a talented 11-player recruiting class.
