Sophomore Paul Chumreonlert represents the Huskers in two events, the pommel horse and still rings, with 11th place in both.  Chumreonlert marked a career-high 9.45 on the pommel last weekend at the Rocky Mountain Open for his first-ever collegiate title.

Freshman Stephen T?trault also found a spot on the pommel horse, sitting 20th overall.

Other Huskers breaking onto the scene include senior co-captain Tony Burtle, currently in 12th place in the high bar, and sophomore Jason Wassung, 16th in the all-around.  Wassung’s honor follows his first meet as an all-around competitor.

After breaking from competition this weekend, Nebraska will head back on the road Jan. 28-29 for the 14th annual West Point Open in West Point, N.Y.  Team competition begins Friday at 6 p.m. central followed by event finals on Saturday again at 6 p.m.
