Lincoln -- Nebraska volleyball fans will have a chance to watch Saturday’s NCAA Tournament volleyball match against Wichita State for free on Huskers.com at 7 p.m. Those wishing to view the live stream should access Huskers.com and click on the match link on the Live Events right-side rollover tab.
The video broadcast will use HuskersNside’s innovative streaming technology along with the television feed from Nebraska Educational Television’s broadcast. Huskers.com also carried Friday's opening-round match with Iona.
Fans who watch tonight's Huskers’ NCAA tournament match will have an opportunity to see first-hand the technology that carries over 100 events annually on HuskersNside. During the 2004 season, every regular-season volleyball match was carried on HuskersNside, marking the first time that an NCAA volleyball team video-streamed every match live on their website.
