Lincoln ? Gitte Ostermann of the Nebraska women's tennis team travels to Ann Arbor, Mich. to participate in the singles main draw field of 32 of the ITA National Indoor Championships on Thursday, Nov. 4 through Nov. 7.
Ostermann, who is ranked No. 44 nationally, qualified for the tournament by winning the ITA Regional Championships in Tulsa, Okla. on Oct. 24. In that tournament Ostermann defeated two nationally ranked players, No. 41 Maja Kovacek of New Mexico and No. 29 Daniela Muscolino of Tulsa.
The National Indoor Championships is hosted by the University of Michigan and is the the second of three national tournaments for collegiate tennis this season.
