Lincoln -- The winner of Friday's first-round National Invitation Tournament (NIT) contest between Nebraska and Niagara will travel to Hawaii to take on the Rainbow Warriors (20-11) on Monday, March 22, in Honolulu. The game will be played at the Stan Sheriff Center on the Hawaii at Manoa campus and will tip off at 6 p.m. Hawaiian local time (10 p.m. CST).
Nebraska men's basketball season ticket holders who purchased postseason tickets should receive their tickets to Nebraska's next home game by Monday. Tickets will be mailed on Friday, March 19, and will be good for Wednesday, March 24, if the Huskers advance and were selected to host another game. Tip off on March 24 has been tentatively set at 8 p.m. CST by the NIT Committee.
Tickets still remain for Friday's contest between the Huskers and Purple Eagles at the Devaney Center. Section C (plastic) and upper benches are available for just $8 online at Huskers.com or at the Nebraska Athletic Ticket Office (472-3011 or 800-8BIGRED).
All Nebraska games will be carried live on the Pinnacle Sports Network and Huskers.com. Additional information on possible television broadcasts for March 22 or 24 games will be released at a later date.
