Two Nebraska softball games are listed among the eight regular-season games selected for broadcast on College Sports Television and NETV2. The networks will televise the Huskers’ Monday, April 12 game vs. Notre Dame at 6 p.m., as well as NU’s Big 12 matchup with Texas A&M Sunday, May 2, at noon.
Both games will first air live, then continue to be broadcast on a tape-delayed basis on CSTV. Fans will have eight opportunities from Monday, April 12, to Wednesday, April 21, to view the Notre Dame game. The Texas A&M game will air three times from Sunday, May 2, to Monday, May 3. CSTV, the first 24-hour college sports network, reaches over 15 million homes. CSTV can be found on DirecTV on channel 610.
The broadcasts will also be carried live locally on NETV2 (Channel 17 in Lincoln). NETV is licensed to the Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska and the Nebraska Educational Telecommunications Commission.
