Lincoln ? University of Nebraska Head Coach Mike Anderson announced Tuesday that the 2003 Red/White Series will take place next Tuesday through Saturday, Oct. 7-11, at Hawks Field at Haymarket Park. All games during the Red/White Series are free and open to the public, giving fans a chance to watch the 2004 Huskers in action.

The best-of-five series, which concludes fall drills for the Husker baseball program, will start at 3 p.m. every day except for the final, if necessary game on Saturday, Oct. 11, which is scheduled for 10 a.m.

The Huskers return a total of 17 letterwinners, including All-Big 12 selections Curtis Ledbetter and Quinton Robertson, from a squad that went 47-18 and won the school's second Big 12 title in the last three years.
