Husker Baseball Paint-a-Thon

Lincoln -- Each year, the Nebraska baseball team trades in its bats and balls for paint brushes and yard tools, as the Huskers participated in the annual Paint-a-thon Saturday morning. Players and coaches all chip in to refurbish a house in the Lincoln community, a project the Husker baseball team has assisted in for the last decade.  In addition to cleaning and painting the house's exterior, the Huskers also worked on other beautification projects, including trimming trees and fixing flower beds around the house, while also fixing a ramp around the house to give the owner easier accessibility.
