A: We offer a program called Lifting for Young Athletes, which is for 10-15 year olds that might be a good start for your son. It is a manual that has proper instruction for several lifts and conditioning drills. It also has a workout to follow. The emphasis of the program is to teach proper technique with more repetitions.
