DALLAS - Nebraska sophomore Tami Harris was named Big 12 Gymnast of the Week on Tuesday after leading the Huskers to the Hearts Invitational title on Feb. 15, where they posted the highest score of the season, a 196.875, which ties for the eighth-best score in school history.

Harris' career-high all-around total of 39.50 gave the Virginia Beach, Va., native her first all-around title of the season and also ranks tied for 11th in the Husker record books. Harris also won the first vault title of her career with a 9.875, the best mark posted by a Husker this season, and placed first on the floor exercise with a season-high 9.90.
