Dallas, Texas -- Ten Nebraska swimmers and one Husker diver have been named to the All-Big 12 Conference Academic team, the league office announced Tuesday.
Highlighting the list for Nebraska is two-time first-team honoree Susan Walker. A junior from Plano, Texas, Walker is pursuing a degree in communication studies.
To be eligible for selection, the student-athlete must participate in 60 percent of the competitions, as well as maintain at least a 3.0 grade point average cumulative over the previous two semesters. Freshmen are not eligible for selection.
