San Diego, Calif. -- Nebraska Educational Television announced Wednesday that it will televise the No. 2 Nebraska volleyball teams national semifinal match against Stanford at Cox Arena. The match will air live state-wide at 10 p.m.CST Thursday, Dec. 13.
If the Huskers defeat Stanford and advance to the NCAA Championship match, fans can view the contest live on ESPN2 at 2 p.m. CST Saturday, Dec. 15.
The Huskers (31-1) are in San Diego preparing to make their eighth NCAA Final Four appearance. Nebraska, the defending national champion, owns a 51-17 record in the tournament. The Big 12 champion, NU dropped just 11 games all season, including three in conference play. The Huskers enter the Final Four riding a 29-match winning streak, and their last three victories have been over top 25 teams.
