Lincoln - John Grose went 2-for-4 and drove in three runs, as No. 13 Nebraska pounded out 11 hits in a 12-2 victory over Louisiana Tech in front of a crowd of 4,116 at Hawks Field Friday night

The Husker designated hitter sparked a three-run second, belting his third homer of the season, a two-run blast off Bulldog starter Adam Kirkendall, as Nebraska improved to 37-17 with their sixth straight win, the longest winning streak of the season.

Jed Morris, Jeff Blevins and Justin Seely drove in two runs apiece, as the Huskers knocked out Kirkendall, who dropped to 6-4 on the year, by scoring eight runs in the first three innings.
