Huskers Defeat Wyoming, Vering Nets 100th Career Win

Lincoln, Neb.-- The sixth-ranked Nebraska wrestling team won the final five bouts of the evening in a 31-7 victory over Wyoming Friday at the NU Coliseum in front of 930 fans. Highlighting the evening was NCAA champion Brad Vering who posted his 100th career win as a Husker.
The dual opened at 165 pounds where junior Tony Denke defeated Justin Christensen, 5-2, to give the Huskers an early 3-0 lead. Fourteenth-ranked Ati Conner followed Denke
