Fundraising Opportunities

Huskers Hospitality and Aramark Sports + Entertainment partners with Non-Profit organizations to offer fundraising opportunities at Nebraska Memorial Stadium during home football games.

This is a rewarding alternative to traditional fundraising efforts like car washes and bake sales. Our program has supported a wide range of groups including:

  • Churches
  • Youth sports teams
  • School clubs and booster organizations
  • Sororities, fraternities, and civic groups

By volunteering in concession operations, your organization can generate thousands in donations per season, all while being part of the unforgettable Husker game day experience.

Guaranteed donation per location – Groups earn a minimum guaranteed donation amount or a percentage of net sales, whichever is greater.

  • Food & Beverage Stand: Minimum guarantee or 10% of net sales
  • Portable Food & Beverage Location: Minimum guarantee or 10% of net sales
  • Portable Beverage Only: Minimum guarantee or 5% of net sales
  • Your group must be a registered 501(c)(3) Non-Profit organization (NPO) and provide a W-9
  • All volunteers must be at least 16 years old
    • Volunteers under 18 must provide a signed parental consent form
  • All volunteers must complete:
    • Background check
    • Annual orientation (covers Aramark policies, food safety, and TEAM alcohol service training if applicable)
  •  Group contracts are required for each season/location
  • Volunteers report 3 hours prior to kickoff
  • Typical shift lasts 7–8 hours per game
  • Group size required per location varies: 5–18 volunteers per game on average
