2020 (COVID-19 Pandemic)
Outdoor: Due to the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the 2020 outdoor season was not contested. To help combat the spread of the virus, both the Big Ten Conference and the University of Nebraska suspended all team activities, effective March 13.

2019 (Senior/Junior)
Indoor: Placed fifth in the 600m with a time of 1:18.49 at the Big Ten Indoor Championships...set a PR in the 800m with a time of 1:50.74o at the Iowa State Classic...ran a season-best in the 600m in a time of 1:18.32 at the Nebraska Tune-Up, the No. 9 time on a standard-track in NU history...won the distance medley relay crown (9:47.07) at the Graduate Classic and the 4x400m relay title (93:13.77) at the Mark Colligan Memorial.

Outdoor: Finished ninth in the 800m at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships with a time of 1:50.58...qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Round and was 37th in the 800m with a time of 1:51.71...ran an 800m PR time of 1:48.32 at the Bryan Clay Invitational....won the 800m title at the Husker Invitational.

2018 (Junior/Sophomore)
Indoor: Was the Big Ten indoor runner-up in the 600m after running a PR 1:16.63 on the oversized track at the Big Ten Indoor Championships, the third-fastest 600m time in school history on any size of track...set a standard-track PR of 1:18.67 to win the Nebraska Tune-Up with the No. 10 time in school history...took first in the 800m at the Graduate Classic and Air Force Invitational...ran the 800m in a season-best time of 1:51.20 on the oversized track at the Iowa State Classic.

Outdoor: Earned second-team All-America honors with the 4x400m relay team that placed 10th at the NCAA Championships with a season-best time of 3:05.43, which ranks 10th all-time at NU...took seventh in the 800m at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships in 1:48.70, a season best...won the 800m at the Drake Relays and the 4x400m at the Kansas Relays and Texas Tech Corky/Crofoot Shootout.

2017 (Sophomore/Redshirt Freshman)
Indoor: Placed sixth in the 600m with a time of 1:18.39 and placed 11th in the DMR with a time of 9:58.16 at the Big Ten Indoor Championships...posted an 800m season best of 1:51.57 at the Iowa State Classic...ran a season-best 1:17.73 in prelims of the 600m at the Big Ten Championships...won the 800m title at the Mark Colligan Memorial in 1:52.87 and won the 600m at the Nebraska Tune-Up in 1:19.55...took second in the 600m at the adidas Classic...finished second with the DMR at the Holiday Inn Invitational (10:10.31).

Outdoor: Won the 800m title at the Tom Botts Invitational and was the 800m champion of the Nebraska Invitational with a time of 1:51.18...competed in the 1,500m three times and ran a season best of 3:59.50 at the Husker Spring Invitational...ran three times with the 4x400m relay. 

2016 (Freshman/Redshirt)
Indoor: Finished fourth at the Big Ten Indoor Championships with the distance medley relay squad with a time of 9:46.55...captured the 600m title at the Nebraska Tune-Up with a season-best time of 1:19.30...finished first with the DMR team at the Holiday Inn Invitational (9:59.44)...placed second in the Mark Colligan Memorial 800m in 1:51.52...set a 1,000m PR of 2:28.46 at the season-opening Holiday Inn Invite.

Outdoor: Redshirted.

Before Nebraska
Attended Neuqua Valley High School in Naperville, Illinois...posted a 49.09 in the 400m at the AAU National Junior Olympics...also posted a top 800m time of 1:50.52 at the AAU National Junior Olympics to earn runner-up honors...earned all-state honors in the 800m after finishing third at the Illinois State Championships...also anchored the 4x800m relay team that won the state title.
