2022 (Senior)
Noah Urwiler helped the Huskers to a second-place conference finish and fourth-place national finish during the 2022 season. He earned Academic All-Big Ten honors and a spot on the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll.
2021 (Junior)
Noah Urwiler earned Academic All-Big Ten honors for his dedication in the classroom. Urwiler also earned a spot on the Tom Osborne Citizenship Team for his contributions in the Lincoln community.
2020 (Sophomore)
Urwiler competed regularly on pommel horse and rings before the season ended early due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Urwiler was a leader in the classroom earning a spot on the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll, Academic All-Big Ten honors, the Nebraska Silver Academic Medallion and CGA All-America Scholar-Athlete honors.
2019 (Freshman)
Urwiler redshirted his first season at Nebraska while working to make the adjustment to collegiate gymnastics. He focused on working on all events in order to prepare him for his first competitive season in 2020. Urwiler supported his team and his community outside of the gym, earning a spot on the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll in the fall of 2018. He also was a member of the Tom Osborne Citizenship Team in 2019.
Before Nebraska
Urwiler competed for the Nebraska School of Gymnastics and attended Lincoln Southwest. He carried a 4.0 GPA and earned scholastic All-America honors every year. Urwiler competed at the Junior Olympic National Championships in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. He also earned All-America honors all five years.
Personal
The son of John Urwiler and Lori Stratman, Noah was born on April 12, 1999. He hsa one sister Haley. A nutrition and health sciences major, Noah earned his bachelor's degree from Nebraska in May of 2022. He is a two-time Academic All-Big Ten choice and a four-time Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll selection. He is also a three-time member of the Tom Osborne Citizenship Team.
Outside of the gym, Noah enjoys swimming and spending time with friends.
