Senior (2009-10)
In his final year at Nebraska, Crick completed one of the best seasons in school history, capped by an individual invitation to compete at an NCAA Regional. Crick recorded a 72.27 stroke average on the season, which was just shy of Jamie Rogers' school record of 72.17 set in 1998-99. After starting the year with ties for 14th and 22nd, Crick responded with four straight top-six finishes. He tied for fifth at the Wyoming Desert Intercollegiate with a one-under-par 215, then followed that with a sixth-place performance at the UMKC Bill Ross Intercollegiate. Crick then scored a career-best 206 (-7) at the Herb Wimberly Intercollegiate, good for a tie for fourth. Following winter break, Crick led the Huskers at the Rice Intercollegiate with a tie for third. After a tie for 17th at the South Florida Invitational, Crick put together rounds of 69, 70 and 68 for a 207 (-9) total and a five-stroke victory at the Jackrabbit Invitational. The individual title was not only the fourth of his career, but also the key in lifting the Huskers to their first team win in four years. Crick wasn't done threatening the top of the leaderboard yet. Following a 10th-place finish at the 2010 Desert Shootout and a tie for 15th at the Shocker Classic, Crick tied for first in a strong playing field at the Mizzou Intercollegiate that included five Big 12 teams. Crick and Kansas State's Curtis Yonke went to a playoff to determine the medalist, and it took Yonke four holes to edge Crick. Still, the Husker's performance lifted NU to another tournament title, as the Big Red beat out Kansas State by one stroke for its second victory of the spring. Crick tied for 30th at the Big 12 Championship before earning a bid to the NCAA West Regional.

Junior (2008-09)
In his first season at Nebraska, Crick recorded a 74.58 stroke average, the second-best for NU on the year. He played 31 rounds and captured two individual titles in the spring season. In March, Crick tied teammate Andrew Wyatt for the best score (144) at the 36-hole Husker Shootout against South Dakota State and Morningside, giving him medalist honors. He followed that by winning the individual title with a score of 147 at the rain-shortened Branson Creek Invitational on April 7. The titles were the third and fourth of Crick's career, as he captured two at Gonzaga prior to becoming a Husker. At the Big 12 Championship, Crick led Nebraska with a tie-for-25th finish. He totaled five top-20 finishes on the year and his 73.69 career stroke average is the best among current Huskers. Crick was named to the Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll in the fall. In the summer following his junior season, Crick showed impressively in amateur tournaments. He was knocked out on the final hole of his semifinal match by the eventual champion at the U.S. Amateur Public Links Championship. The following week, Crick captured his second career Nebraska Men's Amateur title.

Before Nebraska
Crick played his first two collegiate seasons at Gonzaga, where he was named the West Coast Conference Freshman of the Year and received All-WCC honorable-mention honors in 2007. Crick is eligible to compete for the Huskers immediately in the fall. Crick, who finished with a freshman stroke average of 73.24, won the Santa Clara Invitational in just his fourth collegiate tournament. As a sophomore, Crick won the Shootout at Angel Park, posting a school-record round of 66 and school-record 207 total in the process. His 73.12 sophomore stroke average was also a school record. Crick recorded nine career top-10 finishes at Gonzaga. In addition to his West Coast Conference honors, Crick has been successful playing his junior golf in the state of Nebraska. Crick was the Nebraska Men's Amateur Champion in July 2007, the summer before his sophomore season at Gonzaga. Crick held on to beat former Husker Trent Price by one stroke at Firethorn Golf Club to capture his first Nebraska Amateur championship in four tries. Crick finished second the previous year and was also the Nebraska Junior Amateur champion in 2006. Crick captured the 2008 Nebraska Match Play Championship, again proving his mettle as one of the top golfers in the state. He also tied for fouth in qualifying at the U.S. Amateur Public Links Championship. Crick was defeated in the match play portion in a 20-hole showdown with the eventual runner-up. At McCook High School, Crick helped the Bison to two team state championships in 2003 and 2004. The four-year honor roll member finished in the top three of the Class B State tournament three out of his four high school years, finishing as high as second as a freshman in 2003.

Personal
Brandon is the son of Jeff and Beth Crick and has one sister, Jessica Meyer and one brother, Nate. Brandon was born on November 25, 1987, and is majoring in sociology.
