Huskers Finish Season Third in NTCA Rankings

The Nebraska bowling team finished in third in the NTCA rankings as the 2025 May poll was released on Wednesday.

The Huskers received a total of 1,326 points and one first-place vote, finishing third behind No. 2 Jacksonville State (1,378 points) and No. 1 Youngstown State (1,485 points, 34 first-place votes). Wichita State finished fourth (1,246 points) and Vanderbilt (1,196) rounded out the top five.

The Huskers’ season came to a close at the NCAA Championships in April, taking home a third-place finish. Nebraska was topped by Youngstown State, 2-0, on the first day of competition and defeated Wichita State, 2-0, to stay alive. The Big Red then fell to the eventual  national champions, Youngstown State on the second day of competition.
