Who can rent Husker Athletics facilities?
Our spaces are available for UNL departments, community organizations, and the general public (based on availability).
How do I reserve a space?
Submit a rental request form through the 'Request Now' link above. Our Special Events team will follow up to work with you on details, availability, and pricing.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend submitting requests a minimum of 30 days before your event to ensure preferred space and date availability.
Is there a minimum rental time?
Most rentals include a four-hour minimum. Additional time can be added for an hourly rate.
What does the rental fee include?
The rental fee covers use of the space only. Additional charges may apply for staffing, setup, A/V, parking, and equipment.
Can we bring in outside food or beverages?
All catering must be coordinated through our approved catering partner. Alcohol service is also available and must be coordinated through our approved catering partner.
Where do guests park?
All parking on campus is operated by UNL Parking & Transit Services. Please contact them directly at (402) 472-1800. Parking maps can be found here.
Can I schedule a site visit before booking?
Absolutely, fill out the reservation request form and a walkthrough can be scheduled.
Do you host weddings, concerts, or private parties?
Yes, our spaces are versatile and can accommodate everything from corporate events to banquets and celebrations.
