2023 (Junior)
Kinsey Davis was a consistent contributor for the Huskers, competing in all 12 meets and helping Nebraska to the NCAA Denver Regional. She claimed four individual event titles including two on vault and two on uneven bars. Davis matched her personal-best on vault three times throughout the season, earning a 9.900 at the Lindsey Ferris Invitational (Jan. 15), Big Five meet (Feb. 25) and at the Masters Classic (March 11). At the Lindsey Ferris Invitational, Davis claimed both the vault (9.900) and bars (9.850) individual titles. She added a season-best 9.925 on uneven bars at Utah State to claim the individual event title. 

Davis earned Second-Team All-Big Ten honors, finishing ranked 12th on uneven bars in the conference. 

2022 (Sophomore)
Davis competed at all 11 meets for Nebraska during her sophomore campaign, finishing the season as an individual qualifier at the NCAA Seattle Regional, competing on uneven bars, earning a 9.925 and finishing in second. She added a career-best on beam with a 9.900, and also competed on beam (9.200).The sophomore earned six individual titles throughout the season, three on bars, two on beam and one on vault. Davis recorded the third-best score in school history with a 9.975 on bars against Michigan, claiming the title. While claiming the individual title on beam, Davis earned a career-best 9.925 at Maryland.

The sophomore earned First-Team All-Big Ten honors and was named the Big Ten Sportsmanship Award recipient. Davis also earned the Sam Foltz 27 Hero Leadership Award for going above and beyond leading and serving her community. 

2021 (Freshman)
Davis had an impressive debut as a Husker competing in every meet and qualifying for NCAA Athens Regionals. Davis produced a breakout performance against Iowa on March 14 with a career-high 9.850 on vault and a 9.825 on beam. She added a career-high 9.950 on bars at the Big Five Meet on Feb. 26. Davis qualified for the NCAA Regional, where she earned a 9.875 on bars. Davis was also successful in the classroom, WCGA Scholastic All-America honors. She was recognized for her service in the Lincoln community and was selected for a spot on the Tom Osborne Citizenship Team. 

Before Nebraska
Davis was a Level 10 gymnast who trained at Southeastern Gymnastics in Weddington, N.C., under coaches Ludmilla Shobe and Sofia Managadze. Davis qualified for Junior Olympic Nationals three times, and finished second on uneven bars, third on the balance beam and eighth in the all-around at the event in 2019. Southeastern Gymnastics was the 2018 National Club of the Year.

Personal
The daughter of Kevin and Elizabeth Davis, Kinsey was born Dec. 7, 2001, in Riverdale, Ga. She has two older sisters, Hailey and Madison. Her father, Kevin, was a seven-time All-American and two-time NCAA champion (parallel bars, 1987, 1988) for legendary Coach Francis Allen and the Husker men’s team. Kevin Davis was also a member of the 1988 U.S. Olympic team. Kinsey’s mother, Elizabeth (Bertolotti), lettered for the Husker women’s gymnastics team in 1985.

A communication studies major, Kinsey is a two-time WCGA Scholastic All-American, a two-time Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and a two-time Academic All-Big Ten selection. She has earned spots on the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll five times and is a three-time member of the Tom Osborne Citizenship Team.
