-Bryce McGowens finished with a team-high 24 points for his eighth 20-point game of the year. He now has scored 20+ in each of the last four games, becoming the first Husker freshman to accomplish the feat. McGowens is now averaging 17.0 ppg this season.
-The last Husker to have four straight 20-point games before tonight was James Palmer Jr. in 2018-19.
-Derrick Walker finished with 10 points on 5-of-6 shooting from the field on his way to his 12th double-digit effort of the year. He is shooting 68.9 percent from the field this season.
-Nebraska shot 50.8 percent from the floor, its best shooting night in Big Ten play this season and its best shooting effort since shooting 52.6 percent against Kennesaw State
-Nebraska’s 44-point first half was its highest in a Big Ten game this year and the most since scoring 45 against Kennesaw State on Dec. 22. It marked NU’s highest first-half total in a Big Ten game since also scoring 44 at Minnesota during the 2018-19 season.
-Nebraska went 12-of-15 from the line, the third time in the last four games NU has shot at least 80 percent from the line.
