#ProBigRed - Huskers in the NFL: Week 5

Ten former Huskers saw action in the NFL's Week 5.

Ameer Abdullah started at running back for the Detroit Lions and racked up 34 yards of total offense, including a 16-yard run on the first play from scrimmage.

On the offensive line, Matt Slauson started at left guard and helped the Los Angeles Chargers gain 382 yards of total offense as the Chargers picked up their first win of the season in a 27-22 triumph against the New York Giants. Richie Incognito started at left guard and played every offensive snap in the Bills' 20-16 loss to the Bengals, while Jeremiah Sirles (Vikings) and Brent Qvale (Jets) both saw action on the offensive line in helping their teams to victories.

On the other side of the ball, Ndamukong Suh had a sack in the Dolphins' 16-10 win over the Titans, while Maliek Collins racked up a pair of tackles for the Cowboys. Prince Amukamara made four tackles for the Bears on Monday Night.
