Ames, Iowa --- The Nebraska softball team slugged five doubles and scored in four innings to close out the regular season with a 5-2 win over the Iowa State Cyclones at Southwest Athletic Complex on Sunday. Nebraska tied its largest offensive output on the year to end the regular season with a 28-18 overall record and 10-8 league record.

Nebraska put its first run on the board in the top of the second. True freshman Leigh Suhr was walked to start off the inning and was advanced to second on Jenifer Williams
