Huskers Fall at Kansas State

MANHATTAN, Kan. ----- Nebraska shot a season-low 31.1 percent from the floor and watched Kansas State use an early 10-2 run in the second period to pull away for a 77-53 victory here Wednesday.

KSU (11-6, 2-2 Big 12) hit 51 percent in the second half while outscoring NU 44-33 to win its ninth straight home contest and even its record in conference play. The Huskers fell to 9-8 overall and 1-3 in the league.
Nebraska kept pace in the first half has the Huskers trailed by only five, 33-28, at the intermission following a Jarrett Hart three-pointer as time expired to end the half. Hart
