Lincoln -- Nebraska Head Football Coach Frank Solich has released the schedule for the upcoming fall camp, as the Huskers begin preparations for the Aug. 30 season opener against Oklahoma State. The Huskers will conduct 29 practices beginning on Wednesday, Aug. 6, with the first day of two-a-day practices set for Monday, Aug. 11. The new NCAA restrictions on practices do not allow two practices on consecutive days.
While all practices are closed, fans will have a pair of opportunities to learn more about the 2003 Huskers, as the Athletic Department will sponsor a Big Red Football Preview Party on Thursday, Aug. 21, while the annual Photo Day will take place inside Memorial Stadium on Saturday, Aug. 23, from 1:30 to 3 p.m.
