Lincoln -- The Husker track and field team will go in two different directions this weekend as one group heads to Austin, Texas, to compete in the Texas Relays and the other heads to the Emporia State Relays.
The Husker sprinters and hurdlers will see their first action of the outdoor season, while the distance runners made the trip to Palo Alto, Calif., last weekend for the Stanford Invitational.
For the men, David Davis Jr., Courtney Jones, and Nenad Loncar will compete in the 110-meter hurdles, while Mark Harrison, Danny Hill, and Andy Nelson will go the longer distance in the 400-meter hurdles. Shelldon Simpson, Frank Tolen and Oliver Williams will all represent NU in the 100-meter dash.
